Directions For Use:

After you have showered or bathed, and after you have used shower gel, soap or body wash. You want to apply your scrub. After exfoliating, let the coffee scrub sit on your skin for 10-20 min. This will give time for the caffeine to do its job. Gently massage over wet skin in a circular motion, concentrating on dry and rough areas. You can absolutely just do a quick scrub and that's it. But the longer you let it sit on your skin and absorb, the better results you will see in regard to cellulite and skin tightness. Thoroughly rinse with warm water. Coffee scrubs are generally most effective if used 2-3 times a week to exfoliate dead skin, and increase blood flow for healthier looking skin.
