Welcome to the Lucent Aura Wholesale Program! This document outlines the official Terms & Conditions for our wholesale partnerships. By submitting a wholesale application, you ("the Retailer") agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility & Requirements
To ensure a successful and mutually beneficial partnership, all applicants must meet the following basic requirements:
- Brand Alignment: We seek to partner with retail businesses whose values, aesthetic, and customer base align with the Lucent Aura brand.
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): All wholesale orders are subject to a Minimum Order Quantity. The specific MOQs for each product will be provided upon acceptance of your application and access to our wholesale catalog.
2. Wholesale Terms of Sale
The following terms apply to all approved wholesale accounts:
- Pricing & Catalog Access: Detailed wholesale pricing and MOQs are available in our private wholesale catalog. Once your application has been approved, you will be granted access to this private section of our website.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time you place your order. We do not offer Net 30 or other credit terms. All payments are processed securely through our website.
- Shipping: All shipping costs are the responsibility of the Retailer and will be calculated at checkout. We typically ship via UPS or USPS.
- Returns & Damages: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on wholesale orders. Any damages from shipping must be reported to us at contact@lucentaura.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please include photos of the damaged items and packaging for our records.
- Resale: Products purchased from Lucent Aura wholesale are for resale at the approved location(s) and/or website(s) only. Products may not be repackaged, altered, or sold on any third-party marketplace sites (e.g., Amazon, Etsy, eBay, etc.).

3. The Application Process: What Happens Next?
- Submit Your Application: After you have completed all fields on the application form, click "Submit Application."
- Review: Our team will carefully review your application to ensure it meets our partnership criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.
- Approval & Onboarding: If your application is approved, you will receive a welcome email. This email will include your wholesale account details, a link to our private wholesale catalog, the full terms and conditions, and instructions on how to place your first order.
