Hello! I'm Alanna, the founder and owner of Lucent Aura LLC. While my business calls the serene landscape of New Jersey home, my roots are firmly planted in the vibrant streets of New York City. Even as a child growing up in the city, I was captivated by the magic of creating handmade products. I remember experimenting with my mother's lotions and perfumes, mixing them together and excitedly selling my concoctions to neighbors. That early spark of creativity and entrepreneurial spirit never faded.

My journey with Lucent Aura is deeply personal, driven by my own experiences with asthma and my son and I having sensitive skin. Growing up in the bustling environment of New York City, I learned early on the importance of clean air and soothing scents. This awareness, coupled with the frustration of finding skincare that wouldn't irritate our sensitive skin, sparked a desire to create products that were both luxurious and gentle.  I wanted to create candles that not only fill your space with delightful fragrances but also promote a healthier environment. That's why I carefully select natural, non-toxic ingredients to ensure that our candles are safe for everyone, including those with respiratory sensitivities.

When it comes to our bath and body essentials, I know firsthand the struggle of finding products that are gentle yet effective. I pour my heart into selecting ingredients that are both effective and kind to the environment and every item in our collection is thoughtfully formulated with nourishing ingredients, ensuring that they are kind to even the most sensitive skin—because I believe that luxury should be accessible to all. From our hand-poured wood wick candles to our thoughtfully crafted bath and body essentials, each product is a testament to my commitment to creating a healthier, more soothing experience for you and your loved ones.

When I'm not crafting, you can find me diving into some video games, enjoying nature, dabbling in some arts and crafts, or embarking on inspiring quests for new ideas.
