Exception: Defective or Damaged Products

Your satisfaction is important to us. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

Return shipping cost: For approved defective or damaged items, Lucent Aura pays for return shipping and will provide a prepaid return label (returns are by mail only).

To report a defective or damaged item:
